ZH MOD PROBLEMS!

IT HAPPENED AGAIN...zh and all zh mods are non functioning after downloading all of the mods off the mod toaster...i think there is a single mod that messes with stuff after downloading...i get to that loading screen and it stops then i got to restart my pc...blitz mod or whatever doesnt download...u can try finding this if you want...or maby help me so i dont have to reinstall everything AGAIN for zh
NEW GENERALS/CHANGE SOME STUFF

there are to many generals points lessen them a little bit cause it just seems...crowded with all those points, and or make the generals goto higher levels like 7 star or 9 star, and or add to the cost of certan promotions, like higher, or better promotions costing more generals points.
milita needs more promotion types...but not to be overpowered with them, also needs some main type of anti air tank, i like the sneaky feel to them like they steel units out of the blue make units come out of nowhere in ur base, some new abilities could be, a unit steeling ability where u use it once from a promotion(using somthing simular to the bomb truck looking like a unit)and permanently u can build that unit...for the price of the unit + some sort of steeling fee
a usa defencive general...able to add a 25% armor boost to anything for a cost of 2000$, and use it over and over again, mabye a 15% boost, like u have a super wepon and its really damaged u want to kill ur oponents superwepon but his will be ready first, and you have no dozers left, u got lots of money and power, u both have nothing to attack with but a sw,sooo u pay 2000$ and take like a min to add 25% armor to ur sw, then u click it again for another 25% boost but it costs 4000$ this time, then u add another 25% boost but it costs 6000$. see what im talkin about a basic idea and u can build a general around that
all gla factions buildings/defences need added defence for the building hole when something is destroyed, it is more realistic to the way gla always comes back quickly from an attack
