When I click the "Map Editor" option an error message that says "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." pops up.

Then I click "OK" on the error message which closes it but then it immediately pops back up again so I click "OK" on it again and this happens about 18 times.

After it finally goes away the map editor loads up, strangely enough, however it's missing a lot of placeables and stuff so it's still unusable.

 

Does this happen to others or am I the first case of this?

I got the same problem. I've tried run as admin, clean reinstall, install the .dll manually, repair visual C++ 2012 both x86 and x64 but still no luck with the map editor. It worked properly before I reset my laptop to factory settings. Any suggestion?
