I read about the metal storm project in popular science (I am a nerd) and I think that is a good idea however the drawback of the upgrade would be because the metal storm requires a battery to operate the magnetic projectors It would slow down the infantry using it because of the added weight. Also the NLOS cannon is a seprate atreillery peice not an upgrade . Finnaly I love the idea of an upgrade for the patriot for better anti-infantry capabilites but I always imagined it as an add-on machine gun turret. And the ability for planes to fire machine guns is excellent it makes planes both more realistic and more useful at the same time.

That is a good idea, and by the way the what mods have the walls that sounds very interesting for strategic pourpes.

Well that stinks if that is the same, for once I thought I had a usable idea however how about a M-67 frag grenade upgrade or something to that effect w/ a large area of effect for either china infantry or USA infantry in the latter case it would replace the flashbang. Another thing I was thing about was a special production field for helicopters instead of at the airfield where you could build Apaches, comanchees, blackhawks and kiowa warriors plus all upgrades.

That is a good idea but most rapid fire weapons have limiters on their rate of fire to prevent the need for suck cooldown periods

It is ICV stand for infantry carrier vehicle it is the redone term for the APC. It would be for america and would serve as I said as the american equivlent to the china troop crawler except exchanging armament for carring capacity. What would be better would be the ability to produce the hevaliy armed version withan only 4 man capacity or the machine gun armed one with a 8 man capicaty and a faster speed at an option.
