would it be possible to give the normal us generals ( sw usa and lazer ) f-15c`s instead of the rapter and allow them to be upgraded to the f-15e instead of the jdam upgrade

and then use the king rapter as the model for the rapter and only give it to the air force general that way there's some distinct difference in air power.

( my spelling sucks )
