Luckily its an easy fix on my end so no worries (no exclusions do not work, I have to disable it temp style)

Once ingame, menus get so laggy it can hang the game outright with zero response from gamemd.exe, with DDrawCompat renderer making the problem even worse.
Before this damn feature update, the game would launch after not even 15 seconds.
I'm posting because these 2 minutes are enough to disconnect me from any MP game with friends half the time.
What are my options?
Syringe Log which seems to show the 2 minute time out in the timestamps at the end of the log

On a completely fresh install of MO 3.3.3, moved over the RA2 files. Every time I try to launch a game at all, I get this error message and it prevents me from playing at all.

I was trying to use EvolveHQ to get around the CnCNet connection problems after the Fall Creators Update and this error keeps popping up...
The problem is that this ONLY happens with EvolveHQ (I cannot see why) and after that, it corrupts Syringe.exe as the problem persists until I overwrite the file, which I can then play skirmish again.
(And I must add that only I have this problem, both of my friends can connect to each other with no problems using Evolve)
Until CnCNet fixes its compatibility, what are my other options because this is actually getting a bit aggravating as of late...
