Hello! First of all I want to thank you guys for this service and your online servers support. It is really cool to play one of my favorite game nowadays.
But I have some problem with my account. I have 2 laptops and want to play local with my wife. But local network doesn't work on my mac and I haven't found any solutions, I always got connection timeout error. So, I decided to play online over internet. Updated both games to version 1.06 and registered an account on t3aonline.net. Then I run two laptops with this account and different nicknames, created a password-locked game and tried to play it. After few minutes I have been kicked. We tried again - same result. I thought the reason is that I used one account for 2 players and created the new one for my wife. Now we have two accounts, two laptops and everything should be okay. But I can't connect to the game which she start because loading stops on 1% and on the second screen I see the message about cheating. I didn't wanted to cheat anyway, I just tried to play with myself and two bots.
I registered another account for new e-mail, but it didn't help - I have the same problem - 1% and ban because of some cheating. Please, help me to unban because this is mistake - I am not a cheater) Hope it is possible. My 2 accounts: genesis32 and art.pogorelov. I need only one of them and unlock me please, if it possible.
