Who do I speek too about getting a hosted website for my mod team's site?

Final Fantasy A New Age is a total conversion for Battle for Middle Earth 2.
The goal of this mod is to turn the original game into a final fantasy RPG.
The mod will include heroes from Final Fantasy 7-10 each with a new menu
system for abilities magic summons armor weapons and potions.

Anyone know how to make a script to where, if somthing dies it will respawn in a (x) seconds?

if so, can somone tell me the script for it
