I have hacked again... - Confirmed

It was just,

I gave all 4 players nuke and mines in a 2v2 game right at the start.
And they used it. They used it like it was normal.

Does this make me the hacker if they report it?
Or are players using the hacks also guilty?

I mean they USE CHEAT to win the game.
I just gave them the tools as an observer.

Isn't it like in the bible how man, can decide for good, instead of bad things?
they decided to cheat.
