Would you mind if I used these pics as references?

Wow, I am beyond impressed. You certainly do work quickly.
On a side note, you don't know how long I have waited for someone to make accurate representations of Azog's army (most notably the Olog-hai) in a mod. Obviously various middle earth themed games have popped up over the years like the Battle for Middle Earth series and the Third age Total war mod, (A middle earth themed mod for the Total war series) but I have yet to see any of them put this much accurate detail into their work.
Honestly your models would make perfect references for anyone attempting to make something similar in their own mod.

Admittedly, its a small detail. But I noticed that in the background, many of the larger trolls were using what appear to be steel spike studded maces in conjunction with the wooden clubs and arm blades/shields. Here are the few blurry references I could muster for them.

Also, the Troll that faces Gandalf in Dale happens to use a mace. Granted, the troll himself is pretty unique in appearance, and probably not as large as the armored trolls, but he uses the exact same weapon as the trolls in the above images.
To my knowledge, Azog's orcs also use a mace that's probably a sized down version of the weapon that the Trolls use.
Of course in the end, both clubs and maces fit the same role as a blunt weapon to smash things with, but I just thought it would be neat to provide some references.

Hey man this is one cool mod. I'm surprised that more people have not jumped on it yet as it is scarily accurate to the films. As far as these Olog hai go, this model is outstanding and by far the closest/most accurate version I've seen to date.
When it comes to them in general, the small and large trolls are different for sure, but one is simply a smaller variant/version of the larger ones. The smaller ones only appear as shock troops at the Erebor gates, whereas the bigger trolls appear throughout the whole battle right up when the bats of Gundabad arrive. So I'm glad you decided to go with them.
As far as the game itself goes and your eventual release of the mod, do you plan on making these Trolls as large as the appear in film? I've seen quite a few modders skimp out on that and simply rig them to the smaller troll models in game, and it looks a bit awkward. Also I'm glad you included the blades considering they were the primary weapons of these trolls.
I know that in the film they use steel maces, but there aren't many clear references to create a model from, so the wooden clubs are a good stand in as well.
I'd hate to see all this work go to waste, I certainly hope there is a team assisting you with all this work. Unless you haven't already ModDB has a lot of people interested in middle earth mods, its a good place to check for showing off your stuff and assistance if required.
Awesome job, keep up the good work!
