Sorry to post again but after solving my last issue I've got another one that I'm unable to find a good workaround for, that being that the RotWK patch 2.01 (and maybe even 2.02 if I can get that far) are giving me the "Not designed for windows or contains an error" message any time I try to run them. After looking it up it seems the only way to get past this is to uninstall the windows update that caused the corruption, but seeing as how this is a program that was initially created before Windows 10 even existed, I don't think it's a viable option to go through and uninstall every potential update candidate. Is there another way around this, or is there an updated version of the patch people are using?
