New team member and snow screenshot

I would like to welcome some new talent to the team, Jgreenburg. He will be the team's lead level designer and here's a quick shot of the snowing effect that will be seen in the levels. Done the forum skin for The Thing Mod.
It's nothing fancy, and I didn't change all the graphics but it's pretty much what I wanted.
