I went to Intel HD Graphic control panel then I went to 3D and changed the Quality to Performance then I restarted . I don't seem to understand  which other things to change related to the problem,

im sure its not My ips And yes im using Wired connection for gaming .there might be one thing and i think its portforwarding .How can i be sure if i have succeeded it?Cause i havent enabled it and i really dont get which numbers to put .If you can help me on that it would be very helpful
