no, but i think that they are using no permission model. They are using model of various mod, and i don't think who they asked permission for use them.

Morgoth model includes: edain mod sauron's body, skyrim daedric hammer, face of another morgoth model.

You already knew the mod?

I unhid your download file and took care of your name change.

Good work there. I would work a bit more on that shield though.
