The player has made a 2nd account, now playing under the name of 'newmeeee'. This account has been banned.

The accused player has not responded, therefore a suspension will be given. As this is his second offense in a short time period, he will receive a longer one compared to the first one.

Any attempts on surpassing the ban will lead to an increase in the penalty.

It seems that the accused player has not learned from his previous suspension, as it was brought to my attention that he is still disconnecting on purpose, as can be seen here.

For this 2nd offense, the player will get again three clear days to come up with an explaantion. After this, a penalty might be imposed.

Breaking the ingame rules like pro rules or no rush, are not against the Fair Play Rules we have. As this behaviour is frowned upon, it does not lead to a punishment from our side.

If you are on IPv6, you cannot connect to other players. A VPN might solve this.

Don't know if this is the issue for you though, but might be something you want to look into.
