I have found the files. They are .bri files located in DATA/BRIEFING, they can be edited with notepad. Unfortunately till now the highest resolution playable was 1500x750. I will try different settings maybe I will be able to make them run correctly at 1920x750. Any suggestion is Welcomed.

Sorry to hear that, by the way this was made on the legacy version of steams commandos 2 + Commandos 2 hd project.

Hi all, I'm a noob in modding but I really love Commandos 2 so I decided to make this mood compatible with 1920x1080 resolution till now I was able to change the tst.arlc (main menu) file and, the briefing for first message and the ingame menu.
