my worldbuilder wont start

i nedtogoon world builderto do my base for my mod i have put the LOTR.str file and ini, art and bases folders and have made all the changes that are on the adding a new faction tuturiol and have put them in the right folder but when they are in this folder world builder does not start instead it gives me this message
what story is the campaign gonna be based on

is it just going to be the same as the origanal one but with new maps andactions, whole new story or just the same but with wars in the north battles aswell
