How Does THat building form a storm... and if it can how does the storm not only form above the machine itself?

how about an upgrade like "For the Cause" That makes all vehicles and infantry be able to manually set off a bomb on them so that if they are losing they can try and take out the bigger enemy with their lives.

Kinda like turning everyone into partially terrorist bombers.

But you would have to click on them and click a "detonate" button yourself.
