Any idea how I can stop these two errors?

The first is how the bar appears in Opera on my site, expanding to around 100% of the screen size (this also happens on a test page I made that has no additional styling or content).

The second is how the bar appears in Mozilla (though it does the same thing in IE and Netscape as well), the popups appear below the floats I've used.

I tested leftmargin and it just made the gap on the right bigger, I added a rightmargin and now it looks fine. Strange how the style sheet couldn't force this when I tried a new table class on it <_<

Any idea why the network bar on my site won't go all the way to the edge? It's sticking to the 10 pixel border I styled all my other tables with even though the style sheet shouldn't be affecting it :so:
