Props to Robnkarla for finding the fix on crushing.

Good luck Sulherokhh. I've used pretty much my entire bag of tricks to no avail. The only thing left I haven't fully explored is the lua scripting, and that appeared to be a dead end at first glance as well. That said, hopefully either someone figures this out or we can get a definitive answer on our control over crushing.

For archers, I believe it was sort of a hack necessary for the bombard behavior to work properly. Don't feel bad, I'm still trying this tonight :-p

I'm going to feel silly if that's all it is. Truly. Good catch if so.

I can test it later tonight if no one beats me to it.

Edit: it was my understanding that this line was for units the were to crush while simply walking through/over things, whereas if it wasn't present the unit uses a specific crush attack/animation. Hopefully we clear that up with this.

Still no dice on trying to hack a method of controlling tree knockdown. I probably won't be able to tackle this again until Sunday, but I don't expect to have much success unless I have some major insight before then. Still, I'll see what I can come up with. Here are a couple things I haven't tried yet that you might tinker with.

1) It should be possible to create a new weapon centered on the hero that will cause meta damage and knock characters down/back, injuring or killing them. This isn't an ideal crush by any means, but perhaps it's better than nothing.

2) Perhaps try using an attribute modifier to trigger an increase in crusher level - since the game seems to disregard the normal method, perhaps this will be more successful?
