Is anyone online I'm struggling to download the things required to let me play again.

The start up wizard ends prematurely and I'm following what it says on the website but that doesn't help either. When I try to copy/move the installer I get an error message come up saying "error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writeable".

No idea what that means :/

Then I click ok and I'm back to square one. I've added a picture to show this

Hey. I'm having trouble downloading the online launcher. Is this a common thing ?
