Which Anti-Virus program do you use?

 

We are familiar with Norton blocking the installer quite often, not sure if you happen to be a Norton user?

First off not to be rude to anyone but hell no i don't use norton. xD aha I use 360 Total security i have tried it with it off or with it out right shutdown and no luck either way.

Can you please disable your anti-virus and give it another try.

 

It's possible your anti-virus may be blocking certain files the setup tries to install.

I've tried that twice Tech support for T3A gave me the same response im having the exact same issue with them as well.
