yes I can connect to other players, when I join there games. when they join me we get the unable to connect, I use virgin media and have run a ping test and get a A rating, I play world of tanks and quite a few other games and have no issues whats so ever, I also have a direct cable from my modem. and I have no Hamachi drivers either. I just cant understand why it allowed me to host a game and transfer maps. then the next day I couldn't`t host them successfully again and still cant.

hi, sry I have it working now, I thought it was already on xp sp3 when in fact it wasn`t actually applied. thx for your help.

hi xezon I do already have it on xp service pack 3  and still it wont work :-(.

for got to mention I`m running windows 7 home premium.

ok so I managed to sort the problem out, what it was, was that when I was uninstalling zero hour it wasn`t completely uninstalling everything, it was keeping patches etc. so I downloaded perfect uninstaller from a torrent site and removed everything, then I went through the whole installation process again., including putting gentool, cnc online etc, and did all relevant updates, and now it works fine :-).
