Try running them both as admin and if that doesnt help either then i would recommend to use the disc version key to get the game in origin, this would make it simpler to solve

Oh yeah, I've tried using my game CD key to get the game digitally downloaded in Origin. But every time I do that it says "This product key has already been redeemed" :(
