How about sea harrier replacing hornets for the aircraft carrier? The vtol style of the hornet has always bothered me. The sea harriers will be much stronger then the hornets and have similar stat to the land based harriers but fires dual missiles instead of bombs.
They shall perish...

Love the King Harrier SHP. This general should control air to air combat easily, throw in an aegis destroyer type aircraft for this, ne? ;) But that's just an idea. Rocketeers could pack up Missiles instead of their usual guns.
Maybe an aircraft that fires Vulcan Guns at Air Targets/Ground Targets.

ive coded on the AI the use of assault nighthawks... he always sends 2 of them or maybe 1 due to limitation
loaded mostly with seals or snipers

Would anything else work to balance it out? I mean (might be alone on this) that a battle fortress seems kinda out of his style if he'd going to be for air. Maybe giving him a light tank or something? Maybe not so much to replace the battle fortress, but the Tank Destroyer? They probably should cost about as much as the other tanks to balance it, but hey...just trying to help out.

Dude, Air Force General is about Airpower. They do have light tanks (IFVs) ... but yeah maybe Sentry Drones hmmm

Maybe more jet pack troopers besides the Rocketeers that can fly and land like the one in TS :p

OR they could replace GGI and GI with a Missile Infantry (Fires missiles at targets, deploys to become a machine gun barricade)

the main battle unit for the Air Force General...

i put there...

Armored Cars - a Kodiak Armored Car... allows to transport infantry units, limits passenger for 3...and a lightly anti-tank cannon... an Air Force General Grizzly Refit...
Light Tank - a Kodiak Light Tank... a weaker Grizzly Tank...another Air Force General Grizzly Refit...
Hover Tank - a Kodiak Hover Tank/Crusader Hover Tank...a grizzly tank floating...light armor and weaker firepower...

I'd say you could make a advanced rocketeer as well for some infantry support like it carries a rocket launcher or heavy machine gun
