Crop dusters are used already in 4 mods (maybe more i cant remember) Shockwave, Light of five stars, Boss generals and Navy Wars(something like that navy... tech, i cant remember its name) So lets find something new for them something that excels on artillery as you said but not a cro duster what about an old helicopter like the old fashioned "Cobra" or an old and rearmed with gla weapons "Hind" ???

well the crop duster will only be for chem and a helicopter will not be GLAish.

As for the current airfield. i think GLA should have a rough unpaved airfield. and instead of bunkers it can have camo netting.

Around the board disagreement... execpt to the Chem crop duster... several mods have it because it is a really good idea.

A Hind chopper is EXTREAMLY assault GLA... lets think real life, WHO has all the older Soviet equipment?? Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Afganastan, Pakastan, need I go on? there is no reason to say GLA cannot pave a runway. If stealth needed a runway I would agree dirt, with no jets, but the other more "Army" generals are more than bandits hiding under rocks. there has been ongoing talk about this for the last 40 posts.

Are you gonna make a hind for the assault ??? I think this could be a very good idea ! Creative user why isnt it a good idea ? palestinian vs israel fight each other with missiles and helicopters !!! Why gla dont ? Gla is iraq, israel, afghanistan e.t.c

i dont thing that Helicopters fit with GLA!!!But the Crop duster is a very good idea...it has to be a must cause they can be used with many ways and strategies

heck with a crop duster you can just keep on contaminating the path to your base so by the time the enemy reachs the base they would already be down some hit points. As for the hind non of the countries that are mentioned can produce a heli. as for the plane ran has been developing a two engined version of the f-5 and a plane like the l29 isn't that difficult to make.

If someone can suggest an indigenous helo for GLA then i might be more receptive.

i found a plane like one you are saying from an other mod of generals i have .it fits perfect the GLAish style but it is way too low tech for asult but it will be fine for chemical!!!!

Toxin plane is SOOO BORING, i can't even name how many mods it is in, and they ALL have the same model of a toxin plane, i really hope it will not go in the mod, to me when i played reborn and any other mods with this in their mod, i just ruined the mod for me,

i would suggest changing demo general's "winged missile" into a suicide plane, and just change the name and model of the missile, and thats it

I also know their names... I have many sites that are reffered to military stuff !!! So if you want a pic or info you dont have to loose something, send me a message !

i think that a gyrocopter would be nice for the GLA GENs.

it has low armor but its steathed and every gen uses it difrend.

for Chem: it could spray poisons over the battle field and spray infatry directly.

for Dem: it would have 2 rocket barrels for hunting down light vehicles and it could place mines over the battle field.

for Stealth: it would be the flying version of the battlebus, carrying up to 4 units.

the Assult Gen would use A older version of the Helix instead of a gyrocopter.
it will be equipt with some rockets, a machine gun and a big cargo room that will enable him to transport 6 infantry units or 1 vehicle.


P.S. The Assult Gen could use his dozers to build stuff not destroy it (a good reaplacment for the mothorbike slaves). enableing him to build stuctures faster (cost shuld be orund 800).

I dont think that a gyrocopter would be nice ! Cause it is way to old to the age of the game !!! I know that gla are old style, but i think that this is going very faaaaar away from the game... I the next versions gla will use swords and bows !!! So i think that they should take all the old fashioned units from russia and china... Maybe an old helicopter or a plane like mig 19 for them should fit very well (i think !)
