C&C1 Tiberian Dawn Lan problems :(

Hello together

I have a smal problem with C&C1 TD
I downloaded the both cds (GDI and NOD) form EAs Homepage.
After that I installed it with everything exept the acrobat reader.
Then i applied this patch: CCGOLDXPPATCH.ZIP (it was a simple new dll file) to get the errormessage
away by starting the game.

Then i used your update TD105UPD.exe.
But everytime i get into the mainmenu i can not enter the LAN menu.
If i klick the button i get one menu back :(

IPX is installed and my OS is WINXP

C&C95 not support LAN under XP.
My update fix some technical problems only in EXE file.

And this isn't correct forum, so I move it.

Lan does work on xp for c&c95 try installing the Scorpio9a patch it enables the lan section for c&c95 then you can try hamachi to connect to each other and if you need more info message me back. ill help you set hamachi for c&c 95 and i tested and it worked. message back here.

can you or someone else explain how I can play RA2 with hamachi?
I made like this, I created a server, another PC connect to it. Then what?

first make sure you have the same version of hamachi and the ra2 game
once yoiu made a network name on hamachi and the other has join the network name open you game and go to options and the network part put 00.00.00.00 in destination address then go back to main menu then enter network from main menu of game then make a game. make sure the other does the same thing. yall should see each other there. if not message back there might be more to it than that.
