Is it possible to give CAH (custom heroes) better stats and new abilities trough the CAH award system?
I have asked this question on other bfme related forums, not getting any answers.

Better stats - Yes - short answer - You have to edit ini files and Mod the game , the files for CAH are named in the ini.big file
New powers - - Also yes , but more difficult - you have to totally edit an existing power to reflect your new power
