I downloaded MO2.0psi But i have this Error:

 

Yuri's Revenge has encountered an internal error and is not able to start normally

Note : I don't have Red alert 2 Yuri's Revenge Movies installed.

Pretty sure it was included in the download. Look for NPSE_022.exe.

I Found it and opened it and clicked "Install now" After that i got this error

 

"Yuri's Revenge is not installed!"

The NPatch installer checks for the YR registry entry to validate the existence of the YR install. XWIS's Yuri's Revenge won't do in that case - said one excludes the registry and also has some of it's own hacks which prevent NPatch to apply. Neither will Origin - NPatch predates the mere existence of Origin itself IIRC. Only the original CD installation and TFD are detected and will work.

And if you have Windows 10, then you can't install the game from the CD.

Well, you can use already patched gamemd and Npatch.mix and it works fine.

I wonder why we have to bother using an installer instead of the copy paste method. Is it illegal to directly distribute a modded gamemd executable?

Technically exactly, practically people lately decide to state it's useless without the other files so no harm is done.
