I don't see Allied Air Force Command Headquarter in Mental Omega 3.3. I chose European Alliance.
=> I don't have Tech Center => I don't have Lightning Storm. I built a full range of works. But I still do not see it.

Can you fix it? Release Mental Hospital 3.3.1?
I also chose Russia, but I don't see Allied Air Force Command Headquarter in Mental Omega 3.3 => I don't have Tech Center => I don't have Lightning Storm.
