I have more questions than suggestions, but I will post them here anyways.
1. What Ring-hero-system will you use? Will it be like in vanilla, where you unlock a special hero to build? Or will you use the system edain presents, where you give the ring to a hero and thus changes him?
2. (it's actually a faction related question, but to none of the factions in game)Maybe that's still to early to ask, but how will you implement Thranduil if Mirkwood will come into the mod? Will he have his vanilla "king of stealth" role, or will he be the melee-tank he is in edain (or in the Hobbit-movies)?
That's it with questions for now. I will try to think of others soon.

1.) We'll reveal what we are doing with the Ring Hero system in a later update.
2.) A bit to early yes but we can go ahead and say that he will be a fairly formidable melee hero.

Ultra-Wide won't be able to be supported as none of us on the team has an ultra-wide setup. But yeah as RoR said, it does have base widescreen support.

The current mod has basic widescreen support (inherited from 2.02's widescreen version).

Seems fair enough, the game itself isn't that much stretched anyway.
But thanks for answering anyway.
And keep up the great work!

Hi!
Is there going to be change in the future about the friendly fire? Like Trebuchet, Mumaks and powers like fires of doom hurting you own units.

I'd like to add those models as visual components, sure. Not sure what others think.

This looks fantastic! Nice to see a quality mod up and running again. A couple of questions, though.
Is Rohan more or less finished? I was looking at the release schedule and didn't see Rohan listed... Second, what's the plan for the Campaign, are you scrapping it until the fourth release "The Line of Dúrin"? How many (and which) factions are you planning on having?

Rohan's plan isn't really set in stone yet so we decided not to go through with them just yet.
As for the campaign we are indeed waiting until the Erebor faction is done, because after that we should have the sufficient art and base code to proceed with starting a Hobbit based campaign.

Banksia, on 05 Feb 2017 - 06:29 AM, said:Banksia, on 05 Feb 2017 - 06:29 AM, said:Sounds like a good plan. So Gondor, Mordor, Isengard (first batch), Rohan, Misty Mountains, Lothlorien and Erebor are the ones you've outlined. Harad or an Evil Men faction (Umbar-corsairs and Southrons)? Are you planning on having SaF's Eriador faction?
Actualy I believe it was
1:Gondor
2:Mordor (Rhun and the Variages will be part of Mordor)
3:Isengard
4:Misty Mountains
5:Lothlorien
6:Erebor
7:Mirkwood
8:Rivendell
9:Rohan
The order of which is confirmed in a news article up until #6 however those are the factions they originally intended on implementing (may have change though....hope not)

Well, three elven factions seem a bit redundant. They've got different heroes but that's about it. Sure it could work but the roosters would be very similar. The ratio between good vs evil is also a bit off, with only three evil ones.
