There is a quote the Tesla Trooper says that I cannot find anywhere.In MO wiki it says there are some RA2 unused quotes included in his voicelines but I can't find them anywhere.Anyway the quote I am looking for goes like "Congratulations you have been charged" or something like that.It's not really clear,I just want someone verify what he says, thanks.

I thought it was more along the lines of,
"Congratulations, you've been discharged"

They're not natively in RA2, They were discovered in the RA3 Audio Files. Which modders add back in.
The list is:
idogselb - Slightly high pitched Bark
idogselc - Slowly lowering bark
vkirfea - Duck and Cover!
vchoa2f - Launching Salvo!
itsesseb - Extra Crispy!
itsesatf - Congratulations, you've been discharged.
itessatb - A missing attack sound used for his Tesla Gauntlet
igiseg - Who's Next!
ienssed - Need a repair?
ienssee - Something needs fixin?
ienssef - I know how it works.
There is also a missing Chrono Legionnaire Quote for when moving which can be found with modding the STR Files which has him saying "Whoa De Ja Vu"

Well MO can probably get it done with the popularity it has Speeder can easily find someone to redo all the Legionnaire's lines which could also be useful to give the Legionnaire's some personality in The Mermaid?

It was removed in 3.3 because people misheard it as "I carve back to stalin's pants" or at least I think that's the reason.

Speaking of misheard quotes, I was convinced that the Megalodon says "Noone can fuck me." until I checked out its quotes on the Wiki.

I heard that the first time I used the Megalodon too, Also some person (That I corrected) heard "No worthies" as "No more games" while there is a distinct difference, and the person probably didn't give it a second listen, I can say that the Megalodon's voice is unclear.
Also, maybe no one can truly fuck the megalodon, especially an army of megalodons, those can rape a base with ease.
