why we can't build medical outposts when playing as the soviets
i think the medical outposts are useful because the soviet don't have field medic like the allied

I did not know that it can heal infantry

Well, it can. The aura they periodically release heals infantries around them, and in great amount too.

Allies have Medics, Foehn has Huntresses, Soviets have Drakuv, and Epsilon has only the Rage Inductor which is a superweapon, and Stalkers, which are HQ exclusive. However, in infantry mode, all Epsilon factions can train Stalkers, which leaves Soviets the only faction without the ability to heal their troops. For this reason, I'd welcome the Medical Outpost in the Soviet arsenal, but only in Infantry Only mode, to avoid redundancy with the Drakuv. Either as a buildable structure, or as one spawned by a support power, similarly to the Instant Shelter.
