I don't know if there was a thread with a poll about a favorite hero, but here goes.

 

Personally i like Norio because he's quite an all-round hero.

Malver. This bastard made most of my victories pssible by turning the tides in the middle of battle. Best supporting unit in the game.

Bias goes to Yunru.  Besides being really helpful against armored divisions and most non-fibered Foehn infantry, there's always an occasional time where those unprepared and not expecting it may get an Earthbreaker in their base.  Honorable mention for her helping immobilize miners and some other vehicles for the Centurion to Omni Crush, and EMPing nearby enemy naval units for Ivans to bomb.

In terms of being a faction-defining unit I have to say Malver. He's unique, rewards smart play and fits Epsilon's opportunistic style perfectly. Honourable mentions go to Morales and Yunru for much the same reasons.

Tanya and her friend Stryker, because nothing feels as rewarding as turning the tides by sneaking/dropping her into a naked enemy base when he is busy fighting, and blowing up everything that's not walled. Honorable mention goes to Rahn, because I can get Brutes for free!
And Uragan wins the "most badass voiceover" award.

Norio is the best hypersonic jet fighter in the game.

 

Second favourite is probably Morales, because insta-killing structures and great voicelines make for a good mix.

My vote goes to Uragan as well. He's lethal in everyway and his voiceover is among the best ones in the game.

Uragan as a close second for the same reason, and FinAlize for third for being an excellent anti-unit duo (plus the fact that Fin looks like a Space Marine, sounds like Batman, and wipes out squads of Brutes/Viruses/Yuri's Clones with ease)

Well.. It's kinda tough choice. I do like Morales for the whole easter egg with the Polish "Killer" movie. Eureka is also on the list, but I guess she needs to have more, um.. screen time? :v
For now though - Yunru.

PS. I always disliked Tanya. Her screaming and laughing gives me a headache.

The way she pwns the Chinese in Epsilon #19 is just ridiculous. If not for the time freeze, even the Paradox Engine would be just a plaything for her.

To prove this I tried it using a map editor and the paradox engine won. (bullshit reasoning of mine, sorry.)

I know that normally the Paradox wins, but did you add the buffs of the mission to Libra in your test? And yeah, gameplay-wise she's overrated, she's not the most powerful hero at all, but she is the best thing that PsiCorps has. I think no other faction relies on their hero as much as PsiCorps does.

Sorry man, I like Libra and all but no, the Paradox engine pwned Irkalla and an entire army in one shot during Godsend, also, why was libra buffed and had no voice lines during Dance of blood? I know it was intentional but why? was it because Libra was angry or something I dunno.
