How can I make my own custom map for MO?

it requires you to unlock the mix files to put the MO exclusive contents. And it is not something to be shared in public

Some will need to make a map maker to cater to any custom mod following a RA2 format (and one that crashes less often)
I can do it (learning programming as part of my job, and there are existing code-bases for the menial tasks like interpreting a MIX file), but with my skills on UI, expect 2020 release. :(
