Well, the title says it all. The game was running smoothly yesterday. But today it takes about 5-10 minutes to start the client and load the missions and the game heavily lags and makes playing unbearable.
Any help is appreciated.

Try checking your Renderer in Options and change it to DDrawCompat?

What is your fps when you play ? Maybe change renderer , restart computer ?
