Hello, could you provide a step by step how to convert a "Standart" map to bounty hunters mode?

You would have to edit the map to replace ore fields with Oil Derricks. Open your edited map, and set GameMode= to GameMode=Bounty Hunters and place the map in the custom maps folder. It will then appear at the bottom of the map list.
