Hello guys I have this issue (refer to picture)
Just bought it from steam 
Steam RA3 version (assuming RA3 steam ver alr updated to 1.12 patch)
I'm using Windows 10

The solution that I have been tried already : from this link https://forums.revor...sues-solutions/
1. - I'm having trouble using C&C:Online with Steam.
2. - I have trouble connecting to people online (this seems to happen in RA3 the most) "solution 5b"

 

I believe I did based on problem I have but problem still persist...
1. If you guys think I miss something tell me which one solution I should try?
2. If you guys have solution how to fix this problem please let me know.
