What tool was used to create the MO factions' flags? I've been wanting to create some custom flags of my own, whether as variations on existing flags or wholly new ones, and I'm quite impressed by how well-done the flags for MO's factions are, from the European Alliance flag's centered and symmetrical ring of stars to the Chinese flag fusing the real-life PRC flag with one of the 1949 proposals.

Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator can do those for you. Illustrator is actually easier because they're pretty much tooled for vector-based logos and icons.

Figures that it would be non-freeware programs.  Oh well, yet more incentive for me to keep looking for a job and get a stable income.

Thanks, Handepsilon.

I mean GIMP might be able to do that as well. Not sure what vector graphic editing program there is out there tho
