My hero need 50 to have Level 2

RequiredExperience = 1
ExperienceAward = 25;GONDOR_FARM_LVL1_EXP_AWARD
Rank = 1
AttributeModifiers = BasicLevelUpProduction1
Upgrades = Upgrade_StructureLevel1
End
When my hero destroy Farm lv 1, he gets Lv 2
Why buildings ExperienceAward = 25 doesn't work as they should or I am wrong ?
