In red alert 3, we played together with a player who uses a bug for money. I have a replay record, how can I write a complaint about a player and export the replay from the game so that this player is banned?

You will have to file a report on GameReplays.org 
Red alert 3 section under "Fair play"

The following is requierd: 
1 A replay of the match <- no replay = invalid report esentatily 
2 a proper case 
3 name of the acused player (since if you play with 6 players, and you don't say some one did it, we dont know who it would be)

and I will presonally look over the case.

I would like to add to this, that this would be an invald report. 

As what he is doing is legit. 

"using the suport power" "masproduction" you reduce the price of the construction of the unit. by 25%. but the crushing in crane value does not change. 

So with 1 player a bullfrog will give nornaly 675 and you will lose value, but with the massproduction it will cost 675 to produce it. so you go neutral with the cash 

the profit comes in the form of the "terror drones you get" as you do it, from the terror drone suprise. 

for each terror drone you get you profit 450

And as such you get 450 to spend on something else. 

(with more than 1 player on your team) so if you are 2 soviets on the team 
and you both get mass production, your bullfrog will cost less than 675, and that means you will profit just by getting it into the crane in the first place. 

meaning every cursh is profit. 

not masive ofc. and it takes 10 seconds to produce one yunit. 

but with enough you can produce both quickly and effecently.
