I've been using a hand-tweaked version of the World-Altering Editor to do my mapping for C&C: Reloaded, but it's outdated, buggy, and only just barely stable enough to do little terrain edits and unit placement.
Cutting straight to the point, is there somewhere I can find a version of the WAE that's already been set up for C&C: Reloaded? Ideally the most recent version; some of the new tools are incredibly helpful.
