Just one thing: the Leviathan went out of fashion in 2nd Edition :( . The Imperial Guard use it (see latest Codex and the Cadian 8th fighting the traitor Guardsmen on Cadia), but the biggest SM vehicle you'll see today is the Land Raider (unless you count those massive mobile fortresses the Iron Hands use as their Chapter / Company Fortresses on Medusa) - the Leviathan is too slow for a rapid strike army like Space Marines sadly.

as regards to the leviathan i'm planning to use it in a mission as something being 'loaned' to the IG by the ultras... and also as a 'command centre' in some missions perhaps... it'd be cool either way...
otherwise they could be used as static artillery pieces...

Awesome, I really liked that missile launcher i saw in the first set of pics. Siege weapon? But like I said in previous posts, Ultramarines need a sniper!

in 40k HEAVY WEAPONS kill HEAVILY ARMOURED TARGETS i.e. lasguns for tanks... much like missile launchers in the real world for killing tanks. You won't nail a battle tank with a crossbow will ya?
Thus bolters which are anti infantry guns will not be able to kill buildings or tanks, which is quite obviously realistic. You can't shoot down a fortress with a frikkin' handgun can ya?

No you cant, Its just kinda sad how guys that looks so pwnish have guns that look like red HK-MP5's, which kinda suck. Is there any kind of marine that will use a heavy duty rifle looking thing thats at least intimidating? And also, if you had enough of them you could destroy tanks with infantry very easily in the regular game and other mods. And yes, I no this is different im just saying that since the marines are infantry based theirs should be able to hold their own against tanks.
