I give that post a 0.5 out of 100, meaning I have a 0.5% chance of wanting to help you with your problem.

For future reference, that is how not to ask for help.

Now, purely because I believe in second chances, and I am much too nice for my own good... try looking in the start menu.

How exactly did you delete the mod? If you didn't run the uninstaller, there may still be some files left over. Try reinstalling the mod, running the uninstaller that is installed with it, and then running the removal tool.

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

hay umm well i have fixed the problem and 1st off id like to say srry for dissin the mod its actually quite uniqe and makes u think more than any other gen mod iver ever played! well anywase i think i have encountered a glitch or a fault in the mod and now im worried about other ppl goin thrue the same thing, what i had to do was completely uninstall generals (loosing my saves and game complesion) and reinstall it, it was the only thing i culd do what i was thinking that in the patch to make a more compllex and well easy? to do unistaller cause i like to switch from mod to mod and it seems to work. like in call to arms it uses mod swapper and allows u to switch between mods institly and no fuss.....but hay is your mod  anyway l8r and thanks for the help.

There is an uninstall utility on the site that should restore your copy of Generals to its original form. Due to EA's problematic scripts, I have to replace them, and my uninstaller is not capable of restoring the files. I instead wrote a new installer that installs a clean copy of the scripts, which is the only change left after the uninstall. I don't like ModSwapper, as it's too slow for my taste. I had a mod launcher written for Defcon, but I didn't have time to properly test it. I might release it with the 1.5 patch.

If anyone wants to use ModSwapper for Defcon, just make a new folder name "Defcon" in ModSwapper's folder and then copy all of Defcon's ini and scb files(Copy then when Defcon is installed, them uninstall Defcon properly). Make a new "Data\Script" folder in "Defcon" and put the scb files in it. Then run ModSwapper and select Defcon.
