What the heck are you two talking about? Isn't Ace Combat 4 a mod?
Ace Combat 4 is a PS2 game. A fairly cool one at that. I just wish it would have had more missions than it did.
Anyway, Stonehenge was a circle full of massive EMP cannons that had an extreme range of about a continent or so, and explode at high altitude with the force of a nuclear weapon. Knocking any aircraft within miles of the blast out of the sky. In the game, the only way you could survive the blast was to stay below 400 feet in altitude. During one mission, the only way to get below that altitude was to fly through a canyon maze for several minutes.
Megalith, is another superweapon of the game. It's kinda hard to describe, but basically it's a massive above ground ICBM silo. You have to fly into and through the silo, avoid becoming one with the ceiling or the floor, destroy the power generators which open the final fly through doors, blow up the final massive ICBM, and then a split second later pull up and fly through the still opening silo doors in the ceiling. If you become one with the walls, floor, ceiling, doors, or missiles at any point during this mission, you have to start the mission all over again.

If you want the Militia to have a huge cannon without any kind of hydraulics, you could attatch two trucks to opposite sides facing opposite directions. They simply drive around the gun to rotate it. Another truck has a long line attatched to the middle of the cannon and drives away to raise it and comes back to lower it. However, it would have to lower the cannon all the way to have enough slack to drive around it when turning, so the whole process would be very slow. Might make a good superweapon.
That's a good idea. The militia wouldn't have access to advanced hydraulics like Saddam did, and a weapon that size wouldn't exactly turn on a dime. It would take several game minutes to reposition it to fire again.

or u could have a missle launcher that u have to but u have buy the nukes to fire them
they cost 3000 and take 4 mins to buy when its fired u have to buy a new 1 to fire it

I don't know if the game could be coded in that way, but I've got to say I like this idea. Having the Militia (or possibly even the GLA) buy nukes one at a time. 'Pay to Play' so to speak.
Nice idea, Karl.
You could also have various nuke strengths for sale as well.
Plain old ZH strength nuke for $3000.
Equivalent strength of the Topol's nuke for $6000.
And last but not least a nuke that has the equivalent strength of the U.S.A.'s cluster bomber for $25,000+
Also, if it would be possible to code it, throw in a chance that the weapon bought might be either a fake, or a lighter yielding weapon instead. To represent in the game those evil double crossing arms dealers, you know. It doesn't have to be a great chance, perhaps say a 1-2% chance. Just to add a little flavor to the game.

This would be good as then the other teams could destroy it before it could be used...gets it airlifted in

Or, if they take it out on delivery, the plane carrying it will drop (like the rest of the planes) but the weapon would go off. This would discourage them from destroying it as it could land in their base, dealing heavy damage. I'm guessing this would be fairly complicated, though.

This gun was mounted on a railroad car. It took nearly two hours to load, and the process was commanded by a major general.
A large (albiet stationary) railroad gun would be a low-tech but highly effective superweapon. Upgrading the shells to napalm, chemical or biological warheads is completely feasible.
