how the hell do I install this mod, Ive tried extracting it to the main game folder but it always says that there is a "CRC" error.
please help me out, this is driving me insane.

Just download it, and follow the instructions of the installer...

Ive done that with the demo, but I downloaded the 100+ one and it hasnt got an installer
