Since Vintarids are our allies, you should know what are the abilities of units you may have to command someday. Their units can be very helpfull, if you know what to do with them.

Vintarids repair unit, fires a beam of particles, that converts matter into any matter you want. Yes, it works the same as our converters, but they did't give this us technology, we invented it by ourselves. They have it much longer than we and that's why they can use it at such distance from the air. It can repair not only ground units, but also air and it can do it while performing other actions. It is unarmed, because it isn't a military, but civilian unit.

Meerth Battle Disk


Main Vintarids battle unit, it is capable to fight in space and in atmosphere. Their main weapon is a high-speed particles beam, able to shoot air and land. As all Vintarids space ships, Battle Disk has an unnoticeable Force Shield to protect itself, but more powerfull, that's why the UN forces are very aware of those units. It is also invisible on radars.
The socond thing is their secondary weapon - annihilator - which they use against buildings only. When they unleash annihilators energy, all weapons will be unpowerered for some time, that's the reason. On this picture you can see annihilator in action. Underestimating it isn't a wise thing.

but i think the 2 disk look very similar to each other

scientific disk isn't as dark as battle disk, and you can't see it here, but the battle disk sometimes glows (now fixed so it doesn't glow so much - normals problem )

i'm doing some fixes so they won't look so similar to each other

Mev, does 'War of the worlds' title in storyline desc refers anyhow to the movie?

What do you mean "add something from the movie" ? Should i add big man-eataing aliens or something like that?

Who has played Area 51 since you are thinking adding a man-eating alien or something maybe the concept of the infecting the infentry and turn them into a half human and half alien creature that could infect others or have alien that have mind control, pyrokensise (fire thrower) or telekensise(move objects with the mind) this could be some alien mercenianary with these powers.

Ps what I ment about adding something from the movie is thoughs gaint heat beam robots like Apollo said but you could add something from my ideas.

yes, i wanted Vintarids to have a giant mech, but it will be difficult to do...
