Current tech buildings are:
  • Civilian Hospital
  • Civilian Powerplant
  • Civilian Refinery (with no miner)
  • Oil Derrick
  • Black Market (enables one of UN countries special units)
  • Circle of Fire (enables demon infantry build option)
  • Tempe of Knowledge (enables ancient infantry build option)
  • Cursed Seal (curses targeted infantry and turning it into dretches or killing it)
  • Great Temple (unleashes a great earthquake that deals great damage to buildings)

Tech SpySat Uplink?

Tech Bomber command=parabomb etc call center?

Tech Armory? or call it Tech Training Center (use old armory logic)

  • i won't make a Tech SpySat Uplink unless UN having SpySat Uplink will be too unbalanced...
  • yes, Tech Bomber Command is a good idea i think, i will only have to make everything for parabombs (ar maybe i will make paramines? dunno :huh: )
  • no, i won't make an armory, because hero units after entering it would be much too powerfull (i know what i'm saying, believe me :huh: )

To be honest you have already covered most of the options. :huh:

Although you could create some for of Water based Tech Building. Tech Naval Yard or something...


Otherwise i can think of anything else :huh:

Tech Naval Yard... ok, there will be a Tech Oil Platform, i will need only engineers being able to swim

And i was thinking also about something like Tech Gun Turret, but i think it isn't a good idea after all :huh:

Anyway Tech gun turrets aren't that bad an idea though you can't capture gun turrets in RA2/YR :)

Is hunter-seeker available in YR? :) If no, i will have to wait untill PaD will re-enable it...
Now, i must think about few Tech Gun Turrets types :p (ummm... maybe an ancient-type one?)

Right, remember that I had Tech Artillery Platform in MO until I introduced IIIth level defenses :)

1) How the hell are you going to capture a naval tech structure, unless you make your engineers swim?

2) Gun turrets can be captured if you set them as Capturable=true (same as any other building you can capture)

3) Hunter-Seeker is NOT available in YR. Even if it was, why would you want it? It sucked. Yes, I'll attack the Light Infantry when there's a MMK2 walking towards my base :dry:

I WILL give engineers swimming ability :dry: (Paladins don't need it, because they use Mind Control logic to capture buildings)

And ok, there won't be any Hunter-Seeker unless PaD will re-enable it - only then i will think about adding it.

i was actually talking about airborne drone launching e.g. aircraft carrier logic

oh well :)

also hunter seeker rocks once you reactive threat rating logic :p

Tech building list updated, but i will probalby add something more in the future .
Also, i decided NOT to give engineers swimming ability :p
