that would be a drawing tablet, made by wacom. really good company and product.
but is that an old one? bamboo's i thought come in black and gloss black, Never seen one in grey.

bamboo's are the economy class of their tablets, the cheapest of the cheap, hence bamboo.
I picked mine up for $120 with all accesories

Wacom Bamboo CTH-670 Medium .
And it's not old , it's just silver . I spent 300$ on it and it's Bamboo Series because it has larger active surface than other models .
It has Wi-fi capabilities but the kit is sold separetelly . It's Pen&Touch , meaning I can browse / work with both my pen and my fingers if I wish .
