Amory Ability (If possible)

1-3 Firepower: increases unit and defense damage by 5% each level.
1-3 Armor: increases unit and defense armor by 5% each level.
Note these will be object upgrades I believe but will require the Armory, or they will be Player Upgrades making them availiable from the Armory, which ever works, any who, once you purchase one of the upgrades you can't purchase the other type, meaning if you purchase level one fire power, you can't purchase any of the armor upgrades.

The U.S. side doesn't need it because they already have good armor upgrades, as well as the Strategy Center's pick of strategies which can boost either the range, the firepower, or the armor of a unit simply by pushing a button.
China also has good armor and firepower as well. So I don't think they need it.
The GLA could benefit from this. However, I would break the ability of the Armory up a bit between the generals:
The Demo general would have access to the firepower skillset only.
The regular GLA side would have access would have access to the armor skill set only.
The Stealth general, Prince Kassad with royal money sponsoring him, should have access to BOTH the firepower and armor skillsets. I also believe that he should have a GLA airfield with MIGs at his command, but I'll save that argument for another time.
The Toxin general would have access to a new set of skill sets that would give his Toxin units more of a range bonus. He already has and upgrade for lethality, so he doesn't need a firepower bonus. A Toxin General would be more interested in delivery of toxins than in armor (not to say he couldn't use it), so the further he can launch and spread his toxins, the happier that generals going to be. So a range bonus makes more sense here.
That's my two cents worth.

"I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me saying "You're next". They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals."

The armory would be best for China. They are focused more on weapons than anything. My only hesitation is that china deals more with making more units, not upgrading existing ones. The GLA Arms Dealer could function like that and be a multipurpose structure that lets you build advanced vehicles and infantry, while the Barracks only gets basic infantry and a new building, the Workshop, nets basic vehicles short of tanks.
The USA could get the training camp to improve their infantry.

... The USA could get the training camp to improve their infantry.
That's an interesting concept for the game.
I don't know if anything could be coded like this in the game, but how about a Tech Training Camp. Basically, it would work like the tech repair pad, You move your infantry units to the training camp 'pad', and after x number of minutes, your infantry units come out (graduate) with an elite ranking, or better armor and weaponry, or both.

The Armory: I voted for all. Just call it a different name for each of them like the GLA has a scrap yard, etc. Every side should be able to upgrade armor, anyways.
