Ok thanks, never heard of anything like that, we don't have it. Here (without a driving license) you are allowed to drive during driving lessons, but that's it. Wouldn't be safe otherwise imo.

Yeah I know, but the reason why it is forbidden is probably because it could be dangerous. I don't know if you've seen it, but there are a lot of loonies driving around with a license, so the ones without will be even more dangerous.

I haven't driven illegally on the road :S..
I have almost had a car accident a couple of times (the drivers did have drivers licenses), because they didn't look well, and didn't give me right of way. The second time I was on my bicycle and stopped just in time (the driver didn't, of course..), and the first I was three, and if my mum hadn't been there to grab me away and go stand in front of that car, I would not have been here *shivers*.
